Victoria Beckham enlisted some girl power to help her create a pair of World AIDS Day T-shirts to raise awareness and funds to battle the global epidemic, reports Vogue. Her 5-year-old daughter, Harper, helped design the adult shirt and matching version for children.

Beckham—a.k.a. Posh Spice from the 1990s hit girl group the Spice Girls—has been a UNAIDS international goodwill ambassador since 2014, and profits from the shirts will go to Born Free Africa, a private philanthropic initiative that aims to eliminate mother-to-child-transmission of HIV.

As UNAIDS reports, Beckham traveled to Kenya in October, bringing her son Brooklyn along for the mission to raise awareness and help prevent HIV in newborns.

Available on her website, VictoriaBeckham.com, the adult shirts sell for $140, while the children’s shirt costs $70. World AIDS Day takes place every year on December 1.
